Our Story — Zone Archery
Zone Archery is an Australian archery brand founded on the belief that world-class arrows should be accessible to more archers—not just the elite. Designed by Adam Richards, a lifelong archer who started shooting at age 10 and went on to become a Compound Bow World Record holder, World Champion, and former Thailand National Archery Coach, our brand is grounded in real-world experience and elite-level performance.
With over 40 years in the sport—as a competitor, coach and designer, Adam saw a recurring problem, most top-level equipment was either overpriced, overcomplicated or out of reach for the average archer.
That’s why Zone Arrows simplifies the product line, cuts unnecessary inventory, and focuses on what matters, performance, consistency and value.

Zone shafts are measured using a precision rotating laser system that checks straightness along the entire shaft. This hands-free method provides highly accurate and consistent results.
2. What is the straightness tolerance of Zone arrows?
Each series lists its exact tolerance:
• Podium Series: ±0.001″
• Carbon X1: ±0.001″
• Carbon X3: ±0.003″
3. What are half-spine options?
Half-spine sizes (650, 550, 450) provide finer tuning. Podium A/C arrows react about 20–30 spine points weaker, so if you’re between two spines, choose the stiffer half-spine.
4. How do I check if an arrow is damaged?
Inspect both ends, check for cracks or splinters, and gently flex the shaft. If you hear cracking or feel anything unusual—discard the arrow immediately.
5. Can I use components from other brands?
For the best fit and durability, we recommend using Zone components only. Other brands may not fit correctly and will void warranty coverage.
